Chronological History

(March 2025 Update)

–  October 12, 2012 –

        –  The Ohio State Jural Assembly settles on the land following the Michigan Model, through the Town Crier method of public notification at The Statehouse in Columbus, Ohio and through newspaper publication(s);

October 8, 2013 –

The general assembly sends written notification to the Judge Advocate General, Pentagon,  Joint Chiefs, Provost Marshal, Inspector General and associated agents formally asserting the De Jure status of Ohio;

–  December 4, 2013 –

        –  Fulton County, Ohio settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the public newspaper publication procedure outlined under the Michigan Model for settlement;

–  2016 –

– Ohio is re-established, on a statewide level, under the Michigan Model as a free and independent nation=state, utilizing the ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure of reading the Settlement Covenant on the Statehouse steps on the same day of the week, at the same time, for four consecutive weeks, then reading it publicly before the state commissioners at their next regular meeting;

Members are sworn in as potential jurists for common law grand juries; a minimum of three officers are elected, with the minimum 13 members to assemble a petit jury is achieved.

Research into all aspects of responsibilities these men and women have undertaken begins in earnest and has not ceased to date.

–  Donald Trump takes office, membership goes on hiatus from regularly gathering in assembly, but research and learning continues without interruption;

–  January 5, 2020 –

– Membership reconvenes, meetings resume at the state (‘multi-county’)  level.    Tuesday evening 7pm is established by consensus of the general assembly as the assured regular weekly state business meeting day and time for members across Ohio.    Formal creation of Covenant bylaws, rules and regulations is begun with 27 or more members gathering regularly.      Original moderator in Loveland, Ohio (Robin Ruwe) with rotating regular ‘scribes’ from Summit (Lizzie), Delaware (Kim) and Clermont (Rachel) Counties; Chief Justice, Gary Mark, guides the assembly in matters centered on utilizing affidavits to petition for redress of grievances;

–  June 2, 2020 –

        – Ohio finalizes and ratifies it’s first Bylaws (Rules and Regulations) document;

        – State Settlement Covenant language template is ratified by the general assembly and publicly noticed via ‘Town Crier’ public notification method:   read aloud by three members, consecutively, on the steps of the statehouse at the same time, on the same weekday for four consecutive weeks, then announced once in front the next meeting of state commissioners finalized on June 2, 2020; this announcement remains unrebutted to date.

–  November 2, 2020 –

        –  Butler County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

      – January 11, 2021 –

– Ohio general assembly votes to ratify a modified variation of the State Settlement Covenant language as template for County Settlement Covenant, also to be publicly noticed via ‘Town Crier’ method on the steps of each county seat corporate government building in the same manner as State settlement.  The original Jural Covenant Oath, to be sworn by all members, is ratified at the same meeting.

–  February 2, 2021 –

–  May 3, 2021 –

        –  Montgomery County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

– May 17, 2021 –

        –  Summit County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  May 18, 2021 –

        –  Clark County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  May 19, 2021 –

        –  Washington County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  June 2, 2021 –

        –  Stark County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  June 28, 2021 –

        –  Hamilton County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  June 30, 2021 –

        –  Lorain County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  July 8, 2021 –

       –  Lake County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  August 9, 2021 –

       –  Tuscarawas County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  September 9, 2021 –

       –  Geauga County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  September 16, 2021 –

       –  Medina County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same ‘Town Crier’ notification procedure as the state;

–  September 3, 2024 – 

      –  Fairfield County settles with a minimum of three officers elected to County Committee of Safety positions, by the same procedure as the state; 

– September 8, 2024 –

       –  Ohio general assembly meets via teleconference with Sandy Miarecki and others with R USA (the reinhabited republic for the united states of america) organization under the leadership of James Geiger/Tim Turner; Ohio declares formal rejection of the authority claimed over Ohio by “R USA”; formal written notice to this effect is mailed on March XX, 2025; there has been no rebuttal to date;

–  January 7, 2025 –

       – Ohio general assembly finalizes updated Bylaws (Rules and Procedures) including Jural Covenant Oath for all serving in the assembly;

– March 2025 –

       –  Ohio general assembly sends notice to all 88 Sheriffs and Clerks of Courts on each of the counties on Ohio explaining de jured status of Ohio and requesting cooperative operations between the Assembly Committees of Safety and currently voluntarily seated office holders;

March 2025 –

– Ohio general assembly requests cooperative intervention and assistance from Donald Trump as Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces on America to re-institute lawful jurisdiction of the land under common law by, for, and of We The People through our de jure Ohio State Grand Jury.

– Month, 2025 –

– Ohio general assembly formally establishes that 3 representatives from each settled county Committee of Safety on Ohio shall constitute the lawfully seated Ohio state Senate (2) and State House of Representatives (1). 

Election to re-seat the (1861 formerly vacated) National House of Representatives (1) and Senate (2) is conducted by general assembly vote.

– April 2025 –

 –  Ohio general assembly sends formal notice to American States Nationals declaring our formal rejection of the authority claimed over Ohio by that group; there has been no rebuttal to date;

– April 2025 – 

–  Ohio general assembly publishes a re-presentment of settlement notices in a package delivered to the Hague; there has been no rebuttal to date;
