Annual election cycle runs from October 1st to October 1st
Annual elections are scheduled as close to the date of the start of the service year as is practicable within the current regularly attending general membership body. Every effort is made to hold the election face-to-face, with silent gallery participation via video conferencing (Zoom).
2026 – 2027 Elections will take place during the October Monthly State Business meeting, via Zoom (https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87057855352)
